Cada ciclo (inspira\u00e7\u00e3o\/exala\u00e7\u00e3o) deve ter aproximadamente 1 segundo, mas nas primeiras pr\u00e1ticas pode experimentar mais lentamente. Por ser um pranayama que exige da musculatura talvez as primeiras vezes fique cansado rapidamente. No caso, as primeiras pr\u00e1ticas fa\u00e7a s\u00f3 30 segundos e aos poucos v\u00e1 aumentando at\u00e9 v\u00e1rios minutos.\u00a0 Quando conseguir permanecer alguns minutos sem diminuir o ritmo, experimente fazer algumas tor\u00e7\u00f5es (ainda sentado) ou inclina\u00e7\u00f5es laterais. Durante a execu\u00e7\u00e3o procure n\u00e3o mexer o peito nem ombros.
