<\/a>Mariana started to be interested in oriental philosophies as a teenager. In 2001 he did her first meditations and read the first books on Tantrism.<\/p>\nThe contact with the practice of yoga only appeared in his adult life. Computer work left her a sense of isolation with nature. In the search for a better quality of life and less stress, she finds an answer in yoga class. As soon as the practices began, he became more and more involved with this philosophy. He started training in Argentina but had to interrupt when he moved to Brazil. In 2012 she did her training as a Tantra-Samkhya Yoga Instructor.<\/p>\n
It is with great affection that she shares everything she learns along the way. He seeks to study and practice yoga as it was originally and escapes modern creations.<\/p>\n
In 2017 he made a trip to India with the intention of seeing and learning how yoga is lived there compared to what arrives in the west.<\/p>\n
She also took a course in Mythology of Asanas, Pranic Healing (certified by the Institute for Inner Studies, Philippines) and Initiation in Deeksha (certified by Oneness University).<\/p>\n
Mariana constantly studies ancient texts from India translated from the Sanskrit. She seeks to increasingly understand ancestral philosophy as it was originally and does not focus its study on modern methods (and fashions).
